Peer Review Process
The Journal of Thought and Policy Analysis implements a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, objectivity, and integrity of all published articles. This process maintains the anonymity of both authors and reviewers throughout the review cycle. The peer review process consists of the following steps:
1. Submission of Manuscripts
- Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system, ensuring compliance with the journal's guidelines, focus, and scope.
2. Initial Screening by the Editorial Team
- The editorial team evaluates each submission for its relevance to the journal's focus and scope, adherence to submission guidelines, and originality.
- Manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts that fail this screening are either rejected or returned to the authors for revision.
3. Assignment to Reviewers
- Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to two reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area.
- The double-blind review process ensures that neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other's identities.

- Revised manuscripts may be sent back to the reviewers for a second review if necessary.
7. Final Decision
